Pool halls are harsh Environments...

Our products are designed to be "extremely durable but they might break if you drop them on concrete".The key part of the last sentence is "if you drop them" I have seen ceramic tile shatter after a marker was dropped on it, I have also seen people drop markers and accidentally kick it on the way down with the result of sending it skittering across a concrete floor to slam into a pool table leg without a scratch. I have also seen them break for exactly the same reasons. They are tough but they are glass after all....the toughest glass available (Pyrex)thats why they look so cool .

Damage returns

highly unlikely but if this should happen please report all damage items within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make arrangements to repair or replace damaged items.please call 623-594-6653 to make a damage claim
